i wudnt mind the files aswell but i know how to set up ipb/vb/and phpbb so if u need help with installations im ur guy [email protected]
ok that guy didnt send me the froum files. he sent me the upgrade files. their no such thing as a 2.1.3 forum. its just an upgrade from 2.1.2 then 2.1.2 is an upgrade for 2.1.1 and so on and so forth. wut i just forund and installed is 1.3.1 final and it works. it comes with all files needed. easy installation guide, all of the stock pictures/emocions, and everything else. if any of u guys want it im charging 100 credits for it and for the installation of it.
You are not allowed to re-distribute the 1.3.1 files. If you are caught selling them you will be fined and banned. You are however allowed to install it for them on their host, but you are in no way allowed to give them the main application. And once you buy a license for IPB you are not allowed to install it as many times as you would like, as you previoulsy stated, you are allowed to install it once per license.
Isn't IPB 1.3 free now anyway? I thought that ipb said that it just isnt being hosted at their site and that if we get it we can use it :lol:
It is free to use as long as you got the file from their server when it was being released by them, now that it has been taken off of their site, if you have the files you can install them just not give them to anyone else to be able to install. Those sites that have it for download are not doing it legally.
If you want something free just use phpbb its not that bad once you'vce installed some mods and stuff.
the only phpbb i know of that is good is the home made ones. the ones u get offline suck and have no good features except the free hosting with ftp on like a ton of sites
