ok, right now, i have a recoreded video, that i want to edit with Windows Movie Maker, but it is in ATI File Player Type format. .vcr? or something like that. Is there a way i could either A) Get it to go from my camera to Windows Movie maker format(whatever that is), or B. Make it compatable with Windows Movie Maker?

Also, what i did was get m video from my video camera, put it into ATI file player, recorded it, saved it, and its in .vcr format....And wont open in Windows Movie Maker

    Thanks

movie maker makes everything you export to wmv i think. and ati player format? is it on your camera right now? you should be able to firewire it onto your computer just capture your video in movie maker.
