Which can I delete of them?

Go to Start>Run and type in MSCONFIG, go to startup and uncheck anything that looks "fishy." Be sure not to uncheck any MS programs though. Also run a virus scanner and a spyware cleaner.

HijackThis will help you remove their registry entries. It also shows you the executable file's location so you can delete it if you want (best done in safe mode).

Just google em up to see if it's good or bad.

    Control + Alt + Delete

End almost any processes that aren't nessicary to keeping the computer running. Anything that starts up again should probably be deleted. Also try AdAware.

Just to let you know don't end anything that is a System process or it will do an auto restart.

How to know if you need the process running

    processlibrary.com

Just type the process in, and it'll tell you the software maker, if its a security threat, and plenty more.

its fine, most are probably to do with virus scanners. I generally have about 50 running at any one time on this pc. Its perfectly normal.

i wouldnt do that dude, 1 wrong delete and your computer may be ----ed (yea, you can use system restore but...) post a screenshot os TaskMgr, i know what should be running and what shouldnt as im always doing stuff like this. also download HJT, and paste a log here, you dont need to install it.
