Okay, I am going to go off topic, so forgive me, but here it goes: There are so many damn graphics communities out there, and it is absolutely pointless to start another one. If you want the ability to help a community to grow, then find a struggling one and offer your assistance. That'd be a lot better than trying to start a new one.
