    I made this on Photoshop when I was testing out new backrounds. I think this is one of the most awesome backrounds I have made in a while. I am selling full rights to this so you can use it to make your sigs.

    I know how to do that with the filters. :) I think it needs some work though..

    It's plain because once you buy full rights you can make it as unplain as you want.

    Or I could just mess with the filters and make it for free..o_0.
    I'm just saying it's something anyone could make easily with a filter tab.
