Adobe Ps Cs V8 Problem

hey, I was going to use an effect I had learned from this page on photoshop cs v8. I had done this effect before in previous versions of photoshop, however when I went round to do it this time:

I couldn't find the 3d tranform filter

It's normally under filter > render > 3d tranform. But for some reason not in my version of PS. (adobe photohsop cs version 8)

Can anyone tell me whats going on or how to get around this?

 

I couldn't find that filter either anyone who can it would help.

 

this is for cs2 tho... maybe it works on cs too

I bought my CS over the web, but I dunno if I have it or not, because I'm not on my comp

 

They took it out. But if you search good-tutorials there should be a tut on how to put it back in.
