he uses pen and brushes(DUH) lol its not grunge atleast lol. anyways very nice work just can't read the top text.

I dunno how to use the pen tool lol.. Tried to learn but was too hard , but gj if u used the pen tool to make it.

ya i used pen, it takes time and practice to learn.

 

Sweet, everything is great. I love it.. 9.9/10 just because nothing is perfect.

 

Did you just use the pen for a couple of things and then copy them onto new layers? I can see where either you used brushes or just copied one "whisp" thing. Good wallpaper nonetheless.

 

i had a few diff. brush layers. the pen was on seperate layer's. i used freedom form pen. i set the layer to outer glow w/ purplish pink. made lines w/ pen tool. right clicked did stroke path w/ white and desired brush. u can play w/ the lines to make them look good. stroke w/ more than one sized circle brush and set to diff. flow.
