    You can find some tuts about that on Good-Tutorials.com

    - It has a gradient
    - The blue round things are orbs
    - The dots are indents

    Search for orbs and indents

    Search for that stuff, then combine them to make one of those :P

    woot i got it now thier called Gradient Barz woot finaly now i can make me a dope IF skin
