well i'm in the afjrotc(air force junior reserve officer training corps) at my high school and i'm part of staff which gives me a 4 stripe rank and i'm a NCOIC(assistant) for the community service NCO(officer) the community service officer which happens to be my best friend since 6th grade is just getting on my nervs now. i'm a quit, shy person and get along with people well but mostly i just keep to myself. now i do the work that she wants me to do when she tells me to do it and now she's pissed off at me and says she's going to fire me cuz i dont do my job and i'm like how the heck am i sopposed to do my job when everytime i do something you keep on saying oh it wasnt sopposed to be like that or why did you do it without telling me and she's always trying to put me down infront of the seargent. also today in geography class she sat beside and went gimme some paper and i go hold on let me write down my agenda first and she goes gimme the paper or i'll fire you and i'm like how can u fire me when this is not even afjrotc class and u gonna fire me over some paper. now i am getting tired of this and she's not even communicating properly with me, everytime i ask her something she just rolls her eyes and says leave it to me i'll deal with it and i'm like how am i sopposed to do my job if ur not even telling me whats going on and isnt part of a good job have to do with how you communicate with others. so my question is that should i tell my seargent that i quit(i dony want to be a quitter but i cant work with her like that) or wait for her to fire me? today after class i went up to seargent and asked him if we're allowed to switch jobs and he went yea and that he's looking for a logistics person, so should i tell him that i dont want to work under my best friend and get the logistics job? i dont want to loose my 4 stripes rank but also i cant put up with her anymore.

Doesn't matter if she's a higher rank, don't 'disrespect' her, no one here would do what they said, talk to her, person to person, in a civilized manner, opinion my friend, it's what they claim America was built on
Don't do either. Cmon man there is bigger things in l;ife to deal with than just this girl... Just ignore her, but at the same time do things she says, if she says youre doing it wrong , say how can I do this right then? Just listen, don't say anything just listen, if she's pissing you off, just think about something else for the moment... But getting fired or quitting over her is not worth it...
