I haven't really done anything since XC ended (school cant pay for it anymore, dont see how its costing them anything though...no uniforms and were running at a park) two weeks ago. But, i gotta start running and stuff again for paintball...4day weekend this week (teachers convention ) and I'll start then...
sit down first off.... get the video games out to work my fingers get my TV remote out and change the channels get on the computer move the mouse and type go back and eat some chips
my daily work out is lol walking to scholl and recess... but now i go sit ups and push up and stretch in the morning and after school . trying to get buns of steal lol ,naa jus playin im jus tryin to stay fit and active ^_^
My daily excercise? Taking out the trash, and then walking back to my couch and placing my Dell Inspiron 1100 Notebook onto my lap. Indeed.
working the same muscles daily is stupid because they don't have time to repair and recover. only thing I do daily is ride a bike to and from school weekly I do the following: widegrip chinups close grip pulups dips pushups calf rases lunges modified dead lifts(I need mroe weights) shrugs wrist curls tricep extensions occasionally i bench, millitary press and dead lift(in moderation don't want to jepordize injury so I only use 100lbs) when i visit a friends of mine I'm in pretty good shape though I do need to bring my chest out a bit. EDIT: yes i realize I borrow a bit from body building, I like getting mroe bang for my effort and faster. EDIT 2: my lats, best body part IMO, really starting to get good looking in terms of size and depth. having about 5-8% bopdyfat at any given time also helps a bit <3 being an ecto
I have football in fall, wrestling in the winter, then just go to the gym every other day in spring through summer. And then I have gym at school 4 days a week. I can only bench press 240 and leg press 460 (well the leg press doesnt have any more weight to put on it)
I just moved to a different highschool this year, and I missed joining xc. I regret not joining when I see xc people walking into class and talking with my history teacher (hes also one of the xc/track coaches). And for some reason, I wasn't given a PE class. So all I get is a 1 mile power walk home. Then the rest of my day is filled mostly with reading and number crunching. On Christmas vacation, I plan on waking up in the morning for some jogging and a few sprints to get myself ready for track season.
