I do sit-upss..... lots and lots of sit-ups.. I just do them until I can't move then anymore.. Same goes for push-ups. After all that I run about a mile or so... then a protein shake. During the summer it's that + heavy lifting (but 3 times a day, lifting once). Right now I'm working up on heavy lifting again..
wake up > walk to the can > walk to the pc > walk to the can > back to the pc > back to bed and add a couple times goin to the fridge i used to b hardcore wit the gym but then i got lazy
wrestling practice = run 5 miles, jump up 3 flights of stairs 2 stairs at a time, rope climb 5 times with feet 3 without, 500 Rocky situps, 50 pushups, medicine ball exercises, and front, back and handwalks plus rolls. ----ing sore for days after that. makes you look like these guys though.

1. Give yourself about 25-45 minutes everyday to do it. After a bit, you will cut the time down. I'm now able to do mine in about 15-20. 2. Get yourself a towell/mat or something comfortable to lay on/ music is also good to pass time, this routine can get boring and your mind will wander. 3. Start by doing 150-300 crunches, whatever your body can handle. I reccomend doing them in sets of 50-100 with no more than a 3 minute break inbetween, this helps so you can keep your pace and momentum. 4. Now that those are out of the way, you are going to do about 50-100 situps. Ths sounds like alot, but take your time. Do small sets of 10 if you have to. Just make sure not to cheat. Go all the way up and try not to lift your feet off the ground. 5. Now lay down with your hands behind the small of your back(right above your butt) and lift your legs a few inches off the ground and hold them for 10 seconds at a time. If you can do more, than go for it. These are legs lifts, alot of people dont add them into their abs routine, which is a big mistake, they help far more than you could imagine. If you can, move you legs up and down like you are swimming with flippers, this helps work the muscles even more. Try to do leg lifts for 2 minutes. YOUR FINISHED! Seriously, that's it. Do it everyday and you will see results fast, I promise you. As you improve I reccomend adding in longer sets and more of everything. Do more crunches, situps, and hold your leg lifts longer. Also do some side "twists" situps and try to set goals for yourself. DOES DIET MATTER? Yes, it does. A big part of getting nice abs is cutting out the fat from your abdominal area, there for you should eat somewhat healthy. You don't have to be a saint, but I do reccomend you cut out certain things: 1. Fast food- It is horrible for you anyway, and expensive. Not to mention it kills your energy and makes your immune system majorly weak. 2. Soda- I hate to say it, being a soda whore, but pop has 28 grams of sugar per can. That's friggin' insane, probably the worse thing you can put into your body. 3. Beer- try to drink mixed drinks if you can(rum and diet coke) or something ultra light like Michelob, even though it sucks ass. Other than that, it's all common sense. Lay off the junk food people. It's better for you to eat healthy anyway. I myself have been exercising for quite sometime and didn't realize how big of a difference diet made until I became a vegetarian last year. I dropped 10 pounds I never knew I had and I am in the best shape of my life, and my health and confidence is way up. GOOD LUCK!!! ov been doing it since last couple of weeks ^_^
Heres my workout! 1. Wake up and eat 2 bowls of fruity pebbles 2. Sit in front of my computer and doing my daily finger excercies (typing and clicking) 3. Now head over to the couch and pick up the remote. This may be advance for some people. USE CAUTION! Start flipping through all the channels rapidly. This is more cardio vascular, so you will sweat! 4. Take a cool down break for more than 2 hours, durning the break eat bags of LOW FAT potatoe chips. You need your energy back 5. Take a nap 6. Get up and eat something like left over fried chicken, or some other fried substance. 7. Finally to cap off the workout, Take a shower. We all know your all sweaty from such an intense workout. Besides you have to move to take a shower you might lose a few calories!
o ya 4got my nitetime tv......watch all the reality shows lol..amazing race, survivor, apprentice (trump & martha .... thats rite i watch martha 2 lol), prison break and all that g00d stuff
