Well after being hit by wilma, and being without power for two weeks I thought I was gonna go crazy, but finally today I got my power back so there no need to visit any hospital. I know new orleans had it worst, but meh at least they can swim around their house or have boat rides, I had ----.

any ways what are you thoughts and what happened around your area if you got hit.

you sharp realise how much you take electricity for granted when you are without it.
I live in uk. No hurricanes here.
    I will say one thing.
Why are huricanes named after women

All hurricanes are devastating. Whether it is a level 1 hurricane or a level 5. They all can cause a good bit of damage. Living without power for two weeks would be rough, just think of how pioneers had it. They didn't have all the weather equipment we have today. Pioneers also didn't have electricity. If the power went out, i would be mad at first but i would get over it. Pioneers didn't have electricity. Think of it as a time to see what life was like back then.

As for hurricane Wilma. Yes of course it was devastating but the damage will be taken care of, don't worry.

some friends and I were acutally making fun of that, saying that the last hurricane would be hurricane omega, the hurricane to end all hurricanes, lol.

Hurricanes have a pattern. The pattern starts off with a few hurricanes a year. Then each year the number of hurricanes goes up. Right now we are at then end of the pattern so we have alot of hurricanes at the moment. But soon it will be going back down.
