"Nigga" is only racist if you take it offensively, just like "******" is. Though honestly, if you feel offended because of a word someone says to you, you're a moron. Get over it.
The word is always racist. White people invented it, and the definition hasn't changed.... So, either everyone can say it, or no one can. That's what it breaks down to.
im puerto rican to and i use the Word "Nigga" as like to my friends and stuff like i say "sup nigga" but its really different if i white person uses.. thats what i think and to me the word "Nigga" is not racist but the word "******" is racist...
