Text could use some help, it's pretty bland. Also, using wave for your bg is something you should stay clear from for a while untill you can cleverly impliment it into a sig and not have it stick out like a sore thumb. Sorry for posting again so quickly, I wanted all of my sigs rated and I don't even have a vector sig, I feel cheated.

The pixl strech and that render dont work. And whats with the line before the text? Take that out. 4/10
UPSam Top is kinda cool, not sure about the effects on left though 7.5/10 bottmom i dont like bkground, too messy doesnt go with render 6/10
