Well, I have been experiencing lag on the forums, so I decided to log the load of the page, and I discovered that the www.Paid-To-Promote.com ad at the top is the cause of things! Its lagging the site, and its annoying me... :( I think we should all vote to get rid of it, don't you think?

Its now being shown only once to the same user every 5 minutes, and only to people in certain countries, so it should be much quicker now.

If you were wondering about why the forum was slow yesterday, it was because of high CPU usage from a script for a lot of the day. This has been fixed now so things should be much faster.

I am at school (free block) and it still lags a lil bit, but on the other hand Macs + the network here SUCK. I think we have a T3 backbone here or something like that, but there are 1600 machines (all new) in this school so... it can get laggy sometimes.
