Is There A Program That Makes Video Files Into

    picture files or something like that i wanna make a video sig but i dont know how to make a video file into a picture file

    Open a .MOV(quicktime format) in ImageReady, then implement it into your sig, and save it as .GIF.

    Download camtasia and you can record from your screen and save it as a gif

    You gotta have Quicktime on your computer.

    i got the gif file of what i want
    but how do i put it together with another file without having to move all the layers

    aim me plz ill give credits

    you put it in image ready. it should add all the frams automaticly.
