But then again if you think about all the paid advertisements for the banner at the top that brings in some income as well. However if someone did buy this and wanted to make a lot of money off of it, it could easily be done with some simple techniques.

Nope not intrested in buying it. I just wanted to see what everyone thought about it on how much they think it is worth. Just kinda like one of those conversations that aren't involving all of those little things like "OMGZ YOUR OWNZED" or somthing similar to that.

Yes because signature designers are just so dang rich..

In all honestly, i would say $2,000 max..maybe $3k, and you would expect to see ALOT of changes. To a buyers POV, to much time is spent in the site, it wouldn't be like sitting back and counting the money that comes in. Joe spends most likely 4 hours a day just solving matters(dave as well)..and on the weekends? brutal.

Something tells me in some ways this site is priceless?
I meen its very good but it also cost alot of money to keep it up, so in some ways people wouldent buy this site. Wasiting like 20k on this site then he has to pay more money to keep the site up, I wouldent buy or sell this site for anything.

thats true, the ads have to bring in some money, but the thing is, i believe that you are not allowed to ask users to click on the ads, i believe its against the rules (at least with some ad companies i know it is)

i would assume that this would be worth about 5k imo, cuz if someone where to buy, ud go to gamerenders.com and they could make it a site with a million pop ups and get alot of income via ads :P
