Help! On Computer Skins

    well i wondered if anyone could reccomend a site to download computer skins because...... i downloaded one from a website and extracted it with WinZip and there is no installer but i went onto themes and clicked on browse and went to the folder to where i unzipped it to but it was empty but i wonder if i unzipped it to the wrong place some help please..

    there aren't going to be installers you need to mod windows to use themes or buy a program.
