if you dont know what flash powder is by looking at its name-i feel bad for you durr its a powder that emits a bright flash when lit theres many ways to make it but here are my 2 favorite DISCLAIMER:i am not responsible for any damage caused by your experiments. be carful when mixing chemicals-theese are explosive and can hurt badly especially the first one. take extreme caution when mixing,where glasses and a mask as to not breath it in(found in hardware store) 1)i use this constantly for camping and starting camp fires THIS IS VERY SENSETIVE AND QUITE DANGEROUS IF YOU ARE INEXPERIENCED IT PRODUCES OVER 6.5 MEGAJOULES PER MOLECULE he best thing about it is you need no matches to light it- WATER IGNITES IT-yes thats right water makes fire MATERIALS: ~Potassium Permaganate- found on the internet, al ittle hard to come buy-also found in school science labs, thats where i got mine ~Sulfur-found on internet-but for cheap in gardening stores as an insectacide ~Aluminum Powder- found on the internet, very cheap you need to mix theae in a respective 2:1:1 part ratio carfully fold these together the secure in an air tight container-for the love of god keep it away from water if your carying it now put it in a pile under a campfire pour some lighter fluid on the logs the through some water on the mixture adn you have a fire 2)this is a simple flash powder for messing with people this is very bright it is ignited by a normal charge-no water for this one MATERIALS: ~Potassium Perchlorate or KClO4- also... found on the internet very cheap ~Aluminum powder- see above mix theese together in a respective 8:3.7 ratio id use a fuseto light-allow time to get away you can pput this in like a certs mint box or a film case and light it at night whenn people walk by and scare the crap out of em hope you enjoy-and dont hurt yourselves
