If you pusue this, within a year you'll be 16 and she'll be 13. So, if you and her decide to "get down" than you could be charged with statutory rape. It sounds like her family doesn't like you so much, so I am sure they wouldn't hesitate pressing charges on you if they caught you. You'll get convicted and tried as an adult your life will be ----ed because rape is a felony which will haunt you where ever you decide to go. Is it really worth throwing your entire life away? Something to think about.
Edited my last post. Please read that one. I know but as i said in last post we got along great and she would of went out with me in the summer also but she thought I was dating her sis. My dad made me say yes when She asked me out, even though he knew I didn't like her I liked the one i'm talking to you guys now about. My plan was to write her sis a letter tonight saying i don't like her and then ask her out while we are waitbg for our ride to church tomorrow..

And with that I belive I could acutally hold out till she'd old enough. I'm not a sex crazed maniac. Plus knowing her and her morals she wouldn't do it till shes old enough. She said that "she wouldn't have it till shes married with her husband whoever that was." And I was the only who was there when she said that. But I wouldn't go after her right away for that.
you dont find love at a young age. puppy love, yea, try not to get too serious or into this kinda thing at 15. Especially for her at the age of 12
