For some strange reason the two just seem to have a sense of the same style - just different compilings.

First one's really well done, render going with BG and overall feel is just great. 9/10

Second one's got the exact same greatness as the above, just shinier, and can't really argue with the text placing. 9/10 too.

For your top one, I shall give upon you a rating of 8.9/10, bcause:

+Good Flow
+Nice colors
+Wonderful Background
-Not enough focus on the focal point (a tad bit more)
-The text is lacking originality (therefore standing out from the sig)
*I hate 1 pxl black borders (opinion)

As for the lower one of the two, I give it a 7.9/10, bcause:

+The overall scientific death lab feel to it.
+The nice use of a basically unusable render.
+Left side of the background is very well done.
-The right side of the background is poor compared to the left.
-The text is lacking spice, originality, etc.
-The focal point is too out there for this one. -_-

I like that render, the bg is great for this render. Great contrast, brightness isn't too much. Color's are sure nice, you don't see purple used much, that's cool.. and nice text for your tag.

9/10 for the middle sig.
Just the font is too small. I gotta look really hard to read it.

 

Whoah, first one's really well done. The way the render is blended is a wowzer. Just a tad monochrome for my taste and could've done with a border as well. 8.5/10 is what it scores.

As for the second sig... =P.

 

first sig: simple, yet effective, 8.5/10

second: just a few brushes, but again effective 8.5/10
