    it says i make a foregroudn and back ground colour where i put back ground and foreground colour i do0nt understand it help me


    edit: changed this to say i need help again

    ops i said i found it but i didnt i nee dthe question answered again where aRe the foreground and background colours

    On the left there are 2 boxes filled with color. [By default these are black and white.]
    Now click the top box [foreground color] and the 'Color Picker' comes up. Towards the bottom right of the Picker, there is a box filled with 6 characters. Looks something like: #000000. <-- That is a hex code. When somebody gives you the color code, also known as a hex code just put the 6 characters in that box. THen click ok and that color is now your foreground color. Exact same thing goes for the [background color] which is the second box underneath the first one.
