Unfortunatly replies are disabled in that forum due to people just making multiple replies in different topics saying exactly the same thing. It was nice that people were taking the time to welcome people to the forum, but you can't stop thinking that some people were just doing it to get their post count or even credits boosted. Replies may be reinstated soon, but no credits or positive post count will be able to be gained from that forum
