Making Video Tuts

A quick question, what software do you people that make video tuts use? Is it some sort of Macro thingy? does it cost money, is it a download? Can someone that does video tuts or knows how to , help me?

It will be well appreciated.

Im not sure what other peeps use but You can use a free proggy called FRAPS Fraps.com

Thats what i use for taking short game clips

 

Well thatsnk for that, but im looking more along the lines of where i can record my voice and my desktop at the same time.

lol..as long as you have a PC Microphone,it can record your voice, & anything on your desktop that you wanna show...try it out

 

Ye ive heard of that Prog, heard its pretty good too, mostly only heard about out for Games though.

 

doesnt work for desktop.

 

i know of the program your thinking of its called camtasia u can get it of every peer-2-peer downloading system or get a dumb freidn to burn u a copy, i dont know how much it costs but its pretty kewl for doing tuts.
