Cs2 Problem

I just got CS2 and i am having trouble with filters. Some of my filters won't show up. I have checked menu options and none of them are hidden.

Here is the picture:

 

Make sure it's like this when you open a new file:

xxx pixels
xxxpixels
72 bit resolution
8 bit some thing

 

and this is a craked version?

 

you have it set to 16 bits. it should be 8
