hmmm i guess telll your weight...how good your team is...then how good you are individually...and your bench... Weight-130...trying to get to 119 Bench-145 well my schools main sport is wrestling...we are 3A but in middle school we had 80 kids on are team..(we went on a 3 year winnging streak till we lost are first match last year while i was a 8th grader ...now in highschool we have about 40...ummm 2 years ago...we lost team state by 1 point...yea tat sucked...and lat year we lost to the qualifing watever to go to team state...we would of won if this one kid would of pinned his kid (the ref didnt call the pin when he should of)...yea but umm we are probly gonna win this year...now individually...well last year i was on JV and my record was about 10-2...but now ive lost all my strength and dont think im gonna do good this year P.S. i dont want any fighting...like someone coming in here saying how wrestling is butt tackling or sumtin...idc what you say...you are probly some B-ball player that is jus to scared to get his @$$ kicked...

I was going to be wrestling but it didn't work out work. I weight about 130-135 and have about 5-7% bodyfat, I am currently tring to get up to 160, which will be a while. I'm not sure what I max out for benching as I have done it only once, but I could do 20 reps of 150 when I was at my friends like it was nothing(had trouble balancing the bar though, building up a few stabilizing muscles and practicing form should help that though) I am in really good condition for wrestling from what I can tell, have had people ask me if I wrestled before.
I freestyle wrestle at school. I weigh around 132 pounds and I can bench that same weight around 5 times. I'm working on my benching as well, tryin to do my own weight around 10 times. I'm only in gr 10 (sec. 4), wrestling just started, and I can't wait ^_^
actualy, wrestlers need to be at low eights... you compete against people at the same weight, if you could get down even lwoer somehow, you'd start winning things by defult because there is noone light enough or you're against really scrawny freshmen. really it's all about not having any unneeded body mass, aka fat.
