    object dock is a resource hog, StyleXp doesnt take any if you see the option for it to not take any at all.
    all in all, StyleXp is worth the money...

    or get the uxtheme file cracked, and don't pay a penny.

    You should tell members the downsides too and warn them not to do anythin' wrong.

    Like for instance using Windows Blinds= Using up resources. Thus lag may occur.

    Other than tht the tutorials nice.

    Aw dude thank you I never wanted to use Windowsblinds or anything else like it after it screwed up my old computer but with this I can still add themes thak you so much. +rep.

    the themes you get here are alos much better, they skinEVERYTHING unlike windowblinds which will leave some things unskinned

    Agreed, Windowblinds can skip out on some aspects, but I like the simplicity of it, so I don't get a total remake of what I'm so used to.

    Can you help me, i think i've cocked up. My themes stuck in windows classic and won't change. :eek:

    it doesn't work on my mothers computer either, also it didn't work on my friends, but for some reason it worked on ine. I think you need windows XP sp2 for it to work, because my comp had a fairly fresh install of WP pro w/ sp2 while my mohers only had SP1 and my friends as well.

    EDIT: you eed sp2, i replaced the file after DLing SP2 and it worked fine. I assume that, that file was made for SP2

    Yep im using sp 1 so thats proberly why it never worked. I've used the neowin installer instead and now it works.

    using the skin stuido from stardock, if i were to buy it..
    could i make skins and use them without a stardock product?

    cuz i just got that uxtheme.dll thing...i was wondering if i could make visual styles that would work?
