another alternative, is to uninstall Style XP, and skin your GUI with .msstyle files. it takes some prep, buts it's all easy... (Style XP is a ram hog)
To find your userChrome.css just go to Start > Search > Files and Folders I'm not sure where it is but I'll edit this if I find it

Hence what you have, therefore just keeping yours would be doing what he said -_- Anyway... I wasn't able to find userChrome.css and I'm using FireFox so I'm guessing its a StyleXP file... Check the directory.
