    My vote is for BFTP.

    I like what he manipulated although if you left the boat on the left out it would make the sig perfect, that ship looks too fake.

    I've seen the effect Desolution has before and it's mostly filter stuff so I'm not putting it down but BFTP put more work into his.

    Desolution

    Good idea with frozen city... even it is too blue (maybe too dark blue) it looks good.. so Desolution has my vote
    ;)
