Green Day stuff is extremley simple. Alot of stuff is. I'm kind of in a "band", we just get together and screw around. I can just rip into a solo for the heck of it in the middle of a song, improvising as I go along. Alot of guitar "players" have no clue about real music, even simple stuff like scales or key signatures. They can only copy what other people have made up. Which even if it's tough, isn't really that impressive.
that's what i think personnally i write my own songs and made my guitars riffs and etc.But some poeple cannot.....
I'm getting another Line 6 Spider 30 watt Amp tomorrow as my other one was falling in pieces so i'll post a pic of it on thursday.
Got my new Fender Squire today, really sweet guitar, but heck i played the hell out of it the guitar strings already broke! >_> (need to get new strings). I'm saving up for a foot pedal or sound fx ... or heck if i can (although i cant find any local shops) that have custom pick guards , i would get a few.
I got an Ibanez Talman it's like 11 years old or so... I like it cause you don't see too many of em... I really want a get an American built Fender sometime soon though. I also use a Yamaha LL11 Acoustic..
The shape of some fenders are alright like the telecasters but nah i've seen much better guitars for a more affordable price and that look better.
It's not really the look that bugs me. Being an avid musician, the sound is where it's at. And I think there's better sound for the same price than fenders give.
yeah personnally i've never try some shecter but i try ibanez and i'll buy one in one week otherwise fender are ok i think.
