Wmp Help

ok i just got my comp back fro being fixed- i went on to HIH to see everything i missed. then when i played a video on WMP all i got was a black screen with no video(i did get an audio feed though). ive also tried to play the same movie o divX but got the same result-also i have the up-to-date version of everything-please help!!!

 

Try updating your video card. Mine does that but its really slow.

up to date ?? do u have the lastest WMP ??

 

Well you might have an onboard GFX like me. If i dont upgrade my drivers movies are slow or dont show. try finding out what GFX card you have and go to there site.
