well it isn't genetalia, nudity, or sexual situations.. it's just underwear. they wouldn't ban you for uploading granny panties, so i don't think a thong is any different. now, if htere is a girl in the thong, that might be a little different. but as long as you don't see nipples or pink, you'll be fine.
To answer your question, no a thong on a girl is fine, as long as nothing is showing. But, you can also post at Photobucket, or pictureupload, or anywhere else.
