Reformating Your Computer

That's what I do or put it on my ipod, reformatting really helps

 

Don't Reformat your computer unless you back it up You can loose very important data.

 

It will most likely make your computer faster unless your upto date on firewalls and virus protection/anti spyware, it will also make you lose all your data unless you do a system restore, youi can also try chkdsk to reformat any corrupted data if your computers having problems.. All and all its a major downside to having problems wiht your computer, its usually soemtimes the last resort.
