As of recently I've noticed a couple debatable forum topics. Now these are general topic's but I think that there should be a complete subforum dedicated to debating.
Now somepeople might think debating over the internet is stupid, because you don't gain anything from it. That statement is false, you learn a lot of facts you never drempt of. I also find that argueing/debating fine tunes your argument and thoughts and it helps you articulate your thoughts.

Now if this were to go underway, there's a couple things that would need to be decided.. That would be, should this forum be a subscription only forum where you have to go through an agreement to gain access to the forum. And being in that agreement would be guidelines on how to participate and act in said forum.

Personally, I'd love to help moderate such forum. It'd be a fun experience and I love debating/supplying threads to debate about.

    What do you guys think?

Debates just turn into flame wars. If you feel like going back and forth with a kid that doesn't know what he is talking about, but tries to sound like it, then be my guest. I myself, though would probably never touch a debate forum.

i agree with Flamesey. no offence but there are some maj00rrrrrrrrrrrrr noobs here that have NO idea wht the hell their talking about, it's so annoying >_<.

Even if i do give them the biggest spankiing of their life they wouldnt accept it cause their persistent noobs who have no idae what the hell their saying.

Anyways, nice idea, but although i cant back it, if this forum was a bit more mature with all the n33bs then i might take it into consideration.

Well, I mentioned an agreement that you'd have to agree to. And I assume that that'd be one of the rules.. hypotheticly, people could be banned from that subforum.

Go for it, and I'll bring a bat for the idiots who try to sound smart but in reality are about as smart as hailing Satan in front of a crowd of nuns.

I voted the "I just wouldn't go there" option, although the "No" type option would have been better, it would cause too many flame wars, there are very few people here mature enough to handle other people's opinions...and no one checks their facts before talking, so it would be all wrong, and annoying, unintelligent children shouldn't be allowed access to the internet.
