Wait, so are you asking for someone to build you a PC?

If so how much are you offering?

if you have a 3400+ it isn't worth 200$ for a 3500+ since it's just a small amount of core architectural improvement. Sell your 3400+ to a friend and go for the 3700+ which has a meg of L2 cach ass opposed to 512kb. Mother board seems fine, you don't need a sound card though you have integrated sound. Also, you want dual channle ram, it effectively doubles your computers performance. DUAL CHANNEL RAM! DUAL CHANNEL RAM! DUAL CHANNEL RAM! DUAL CHANNEL RAM! DUAL CHANNEL RAM!

so make sure you buy dual channel ram, it's similarly priced and is far more powerful interms of output, it's even single channel downgradeable.
