Layout Help

    Im currently making a layout and i need help with the fonts for the content boxes and such.. Any ideas on what sizes to use and fonts and any other tips. this would help me out alot

    If you code your template, not using images for the text, then default fonts are the way to go. If you start using fonts you've downloaded, people that don't have that font on the computer, will see a substituted font when they load your website. This can really make it look crappy, so defaults all the way ;P

    If your using fonts below 12px i advise that you set it's type to "none" gives it the crisp professional look. Verdana, arial and Tahoma are the ones i usually use, but it's all about what suits your template.

    Yeah Tahoma, Verdana, Arial and Georgia are the most common used fonts. Try not to use a different font for each different part of your site, and just use the same font with different sizes. You could always use your preffered font for the links and just save them as images, so that way anyone can see them.
