Photoshop Problem Help Please

everytime i open image ready on photoshop cs2 it says "Could not fully start the aplication. An unknown error as occured" after Color Palette Created thing pops up under version 9.0 on the welcome box when your opening Imageready



yes i already tried uninstalling and reinstalling and i still get this same error

 

Re-install photoshop that'll prolly solve you're problem.

 

wrong section, just do a reinstall as it seems like its a corruption.

 

as i said i already tried reinstalling and it didn't fix, thanks for the suggestion though

 

its probably because yuo have a downloaded copy of it, if you actually bought the program then i dont know what to tell oyu

 

yes, defenetl re-install. you tried restarting the opc, right?

 

Can you reach image ready if you go through the button in photoshop?
