Yeah, seeing how he didn't read your rights.. When you goto court over this, hopfully a mitigation hearing, just request that the cop show up as well.. Chances are the cop wont show up because he's probably a swing shift cop(assuming you got caught at night). And if he does, you can bring up the fact that he did not read you your Miranda rights and you should get off the hook.

Also, it's best to just call up a lawyer and get some advice, most are willing to give you a little for free :)

If a cop has no proof, does not read you your rights, or any of that ----, you can sue ;).

Gangstarrr? How can you call a cop a pig? 99% of them are out when your sleeping in your warm bed saving your ass. Show some respect please.

Cops are snakes. My brother's a lawyer and I'm in his office pretty much every day. You'd be surprised at all the shady stuff that cops do. I know I was.

I used to believe what you believe, but after knowing the sort of stuff that goes through my brother's office and the stuff that's happened to one of my other brothers, I hate cops.

    Miranda Rights.

They have to read them to you, or you can't be charged. I beleive thats National Law.
