whats that oin this guys desktop? the bar at the bottom about the start bar? it has like google and all that sort of stuff on it. i have seen them around but i dont know what they are. any help?

 

Its like an extra bar i use it.

When you shiwpes you mouse over the icon they go big. cool effect

It is called object dock....it comes with the Vista Insparait Shell pack...dl it of softpedia.com its like having the newest version of windows without reformatting
