Normally, a really good template maker like people that make templates and they look professional wont sell them for less than 60$ which is really cheap considering I know someone that sold an ugly template for 500$ and that's like the minimum she goes.

Anyway, usually the good ones goes for around 500 and if they area really good then around 1000-2000 it always depend on the quality.

Don't listen to them, real templates don't go for credits.

You see, this is why web designers can't make money anymore.

A real web designer comes along and sets a good price for designing and coding but then some kid comes along and takes their job because they're willing to work for CREDITS or very low amounts of money.

Its no fair for the real designers trying to live off web designing.

Usually real designers don't hang around in forums either, they have their own professional sites.. But their are shops here that will code for cheap.. i mean CHEAP and im sure somebody will do just a .psd for you to get coded for 500.

    No, you're getting it wrong.

Here, they will SLICE + CODE your .psd for 500 credits maybe. Thats nothing though.

Real coding is using DIVs, PHP, XHTML, CSS, with 100% validation. You will never find that for 500 credits on this site.

I think your figures are alittle off. A good, non-flash template would go for $20 - $75, while a really good might hit $100+, again..depends on the market and the pockets of your market's clients. They would most likely needed to be pre-coded as well.

A decent, flash template would go for at least $125 USD +, while a really good one is when you sell it to such sites as TemplateMonster.

Add in different figures for unique, this is for just creating the template for the site and being able to resale later on,

If you're talking about unique templates meaning the template will only be used once for ONE person or company, then your figures are way off.
