    Price: $329.99
    Less Rebate: -$90.00
    Final Price: $239.99

Ultra Wizard Black ATX Mid-Tower Case with Front USB and Firewire Ports
MSI KM4M-V Via Socket A ATX Motherboard
    AMD Athlon XP 3000+ Processor
Ultra V-Series 350-Watt ATX Power Supply
XFX GeForce FX 5500 256MB DDR Video Card
Masscool Socket A/370 Copper Core CPU Cooling Fan for AMD Athlon Processors up to XP 3200+
PPA 6-In-1 3.5" internal Media Card Reader
    Ultra 512MB PC2700 DDR 333MHz Memory

I currently have a DVD-r/rw, hard drives, and stuff. just needed a new motherboard, but found this great deal. can't beat it if I tried...

A week ago, my 60gb drive died... it would not spin up anymore...

Last weekend, my computer was going kooky... It would power up, but not show any video, and I tried the AGP connection as well as the onboard. So I took it into this refurbish place, where I volunteer, and it smoked on the spot... good thing my other drives were still intact...

    My previous computer had:

    Intel Celeron 2.7ghz
    256 RAM
some old 32mb Geforce/NVidea (sucks, neh?)

So I'm going to the roof, but not moving to the 64th floor (if you get my drift)

I'm going to buy this in the next few days unless you can find a better deal for a barebone...

This is a bundle, with multiple rebates. Notice there is no hard drive, Cd-rom, or floppy. This is a barebone, not a full computer. I will use my current Hard drive and DVD-r/rw burner in this computer, so that is why it is so low in cost than a regular computer..

    4800 doesn't mean 4.8ghz....

    a 3000 only is about 2.4ghz

But that is still fast man ;)

LOL. That's funny. But catch XMasterX with the price for that rig. Is it the AMD XP 3000 Barton? You can even overclock that baby. I still Have an AMD XP 2500 Barton overclocked, being used as a DUMP (for pirated stuff). I would also add more memory to make it a full Gig.

    No, a 4800 is 2.4GHz. A 3000 is 1.8GHz. I have a 4400 overclocked to 2.6. It's the rough equivalent of an X2 5200+. :)
