alright...i was downloading an executable file (from an official source...its clean) and my internet was obstructed mid-download and i've only got part of the file. Now my problem is that the executable is stuck on my desktop, and when I tyr to delete it, I get an error saying "Cannot Move/Delete File-X, it is currently being used by another person or program. I know that no one else uses my computer (i am the only user) and i only have two things runnning (Ctrl+Alt+Del -> Processes -> User Name) explorer.exe and taskmanager.exe (explorer is supposed to be running, and task manager is what i musing to check them). Please help!
