Msn Is Dead!

I can't get the fancy symbols to work!

I'm about to throw my computer out the window

 

It's not the end of the world. Plus... Google Talk is gonna take it over anyway. It was better for MSN to break down before Google went through with it :-D

 

google messenger sucks.. Msn is alot better than google's messenger.

true it's not the end of the world. You probally shot some option off or something.

 

I think the question marks(?) come from symbols the MSN does not recongnize. Looks like some of those symbols are russian. Do you have the latest MSN, I believe it is 7.5. If not try upgrading and see if it fixes it.

Only solution I can think of.

the ones in character map you have to change coding i think

 

google messenger needs waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more work imo.

 

Google talk is gona destory MSN and bring Microsoft down with it.

Im not sure if you all know but GoogleTalk is still in Beta.
For 1 GoogleTalk has the free mic chat. 2, its a lot cleaner looking.
I personally think MSN is better at the moment but i have no doubts that GoogleTalk could become better in the later days.
GoogleTalk already is fairly good, only problem is that it doesnt have any features yet.

 

I actually have stock in google. Go google go! As for the problem reinstall. Or update like some previous posts suggested.

 

Uninstall, then download the latest version.

 

MSN is in beta as well

 

I have 7.0, the latest avail for ME. It's not my comp, so I can't update to XP

And try to get back on topic...
