5 people enter.(5 creds to enter) have to make a sig. 10 judges, whoever gets most votes wins the psd from the other people. the 5 creds to enter goes to psd for new people to GR

if you like psot if you would want to be a judge or not. the 10 judges will stay. comp will be once a week.

5 creds from each person will make 25 creds. 25 creds is enough to buy a good psd. that psd wil than be given out free to help people understand photoshop better. btw if you judge you cant enter
