that is made with flash but u can do it on image ready all u do is select the eyes u want with lasso tool and cut it fill in the empty area with paint tool copy out colors from eyes and open image ready and move them where u want

 

i dont think he means her blinking. move your mouse around and watch here folow the cursur... weird

im sure thats done w/ flash and all its leetness

 

i know she blinks, but she stalks your cursor, thats cool, imagine a sig like that..

l4mbda has a flash signature that has a reticle following yer cursor
actually it replaces the cursor
