A Quick Photoshop Question

    When i try to make a smuge sig and select my brush, it wont let me change the scattering, anyone know why?

    You hve to check it in brushes tab.

    Go to Window > Show Brushes, and go on from there.

    When I'm on the Brush tool, it will let me change the scattering, but when I go to the smudge tool, it won't let me.
