Sorry mods if this is in the wron section. 1.In CoffeeCup Free Html editor how do I put a link like this LINK 2.How do I upload my web template to my website.
1. unsure, never used it. 2. through FTP or browser upload, if you have cpanel, it's in file manager.
what company are you going through for your server? If its a pretty good company they come with cpanel, if not go DL a trial version of CuteFTP or somthing and use that, you will need your site ftp and login or even your server ip. If you cant do any of that use the IE login type this in your browser ftp:______:______@_________.com/net/org if the first space put your username in the 2nd put your password and after the @ symbol put in your ftp useally your site url without the http://www like say mine would be just gal-xz-visuals.com without the http:// if enterd correctly the browser should log you in.
wow, you have roxr? cool. i'm on there too. get any ftp program. (FTP Surfer is my favorite, free from download.com) host: ftp.destroyerclan.roxr.com/ port: 21 (if it asks) user: whatever your cpanel username is, should of been pmed to you. pass: same as above should be able to connect, and put your files in the /www directory. then it will showw up in your site.. If you have any problems, post it in Roxr's Webhosting support forum, they know their stuff..
Never mind I found one but now my problem is, is that I uploaded files to the site but nothing happened
Here try this. http://gal-xz-visuals.com/files/Cuteftp.rar its a file on my server, free of viruses and worms. You can have someone scan if if you wish. Its CUTE FTP full version just read the readme.
Na just ther first part is.. just click the button on the bottom right, after that its all english. Wont be a problem.
make sure you have the right cmods set, and that your uploading the files to your /public_html or /www folder. When you type in the url of the page your trying to view from your server you dont have to include the /public_html or the /www. Just make sure there in the right folder and have a access cmod somthing like 655 or 677 or 777 i think one of those works i dont have them memorized.
That's a nice website and if nothing shows up...you have to upload the folder in which your files are located in also if it was made in PS
