This is what m gonna show u how to make:

1.) Open Photoshop and create a new file. Go to File > New. Make it 300 X 150 pixels at 72 dpi on a white background, then hit OK. Now, press the letter D on the keyboard to set the foreground color to black. Next, Alt + Backspace to fill background with black.

2.) At the bottom of the Layers palette, select the New Layer icon.

Choose a new color for text, then select the Text tool and type the first letter. Repeat process until there are a total of four letters, all on separate layers.
Image should look similar to this:

Layers palette should look as this:

3.) If all looks kosher, click the Jump to Imageready button (located bottom of tool palette).

If you do not see the animation palette visible, go to Window > Animation. Animation palette should appear as below:

4.) At the bottom of the Animation palette, click the New Frame icon, to generate a second duplicate frame.

5.) Now, in the Layers palette, click on the W layer. Using the arrows on the keyboard, nudge the letter to the "left" out of view.
    Click on the A layer,
nudge the letter "up" out of view.

    Click on the L layer,
nudge the letter "down" out of view.

    Click on the K layer,
nudge the letter "right" out of view.

With Frame 2 now black, click on Frame 1 and drag to Frame 2 position. Animation palette should now appear as Below:

6.) Next, click the Tween button (located bottom of Animation palette).

Dialog will appear, follow settings Below:

Animation palette will now show tweened frames.

7.) Animation is now ready to play by hitting the play button. (For a more precise animation speed) click the Preview in Browser button, to view in a browser. I set Frame 7 to 1.5 sec for my animation.

8.) Save the file with File > Save Optimized or File > Save Optimized As

    9.)end product:
