Computer Running Like Crap

    my computer is starting to run very laggy and i cant open taskmanager to see if something is running in background i guess i should just format what do you all think

    run virus scans. spyware scans (adaware, spybot). then reboot. maybe run a registry cleaner, also try cacheman.

    backup everything of value, pop in a windows disc, delete parition, repartition and then reformat, follow through with windows installation, reinstall everything.

    Hmm once i had a virus i couldn even delete it. When i turn it on there is like a skeleton walking. Good that i had 2 computers so my uncle fixed it same how......

    Try going, start>run>type taskmer.exe
    another way of opening ir...if that dosnt work just run scans like other people are saying.

    defrag or scandis how much disk space u got??

    check that also ram u installed any new programs that aquire a lot of RAM??

    umm and check ur pc for virus'
