Ya its easy to make money in runescape, 20M a day is only possible if you stake.. i cant think of any other way aceppt maybe abyssals.. not even abyssals because i also have 85 slayer... but ya... Staking is still risky

Runecrafting is the best way to get money in the game. Alright imagine this, 99 runecrafting so you can x2 nats. You pay runners 10k a run, but you get 52 nats a run so you make 5.6k every person. Get 15 people to run so every 2 mins - 4 mins(a run) you are making 86k. An hour you make about a mil.
